1. Introduction
At OPG Solutions, we value our customers and strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA).
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging;
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is provided; and
- The item is not excluded under the Non-Returnable Items section below.
Returned goods will be inspected before a refund or replacement is approved.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or incorrectly supplied:
- Custom-mixed or tinted paint
- Custom-cut timber or materials
- Special-order or made-to-order products
- Electrical and plumbing components that have been installed
- Clearance or sale items
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or collection.
We will, at our discretion:
- Replace the item with a new one; or
- Repair the item if feasible; or
- Provide a full refund if replacement or repair is not possible.
All defective or damaged products must be returned in their original packaging for inspection.
5. Refund Process
Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing may take 5โ10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for another item (e.g., different size or color), please contact us within 7 days.
Additional charges may apply if the new item differs in price.
7. Return Procedure
To initiate a return or refund:

8. Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange collection and replacement at no additional cost to you.
9. Warranty Claims
Certain products may carry a manufacturerโs warranty. If your item is faulty within the warranty period, we will assist in processing your claim with the supplier or manufacturer.
Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturerโs terms and conditions.
